Kissu Denton Savage in St Andrews

During my stay here Kissu (the landlady) repeatedly refused to carry out basic repairs. When we had pests, she tried to blame the problem on us and our neighbours and resorted to finally paying when the expert has concluded this was due to structural issues. She then went on to post passive aggressive letters to our neighbours. Additionally she entered the property ILLEGALLY without giving us notice and then proceeded to accidentally lock us into the house with a master key. To top everything off, she forgot to check safedeposit Scotland, so I got my fully deposit back. After harassing me for a week over deductions to the deposit I finally paid them off (although these were agreed, my problem was that she didn't go through Safe-deposit Scotland). She made threats with her solicitor and eventually we settled this amicably.
